The purple apartment in Denver Heights last week took off with its reasonable price for being a two-bedroom apartment so close to downtown. We just might have another affordable apartment this week as we head to Leon Valley once again to look at this one-bedroom apartment in a complex that the listing says is “contemporary.”
This 586-square-foot unit is in a complex called Valencia Lofts at 6007 Grissom Road near Chacho’s. Leon Valley is a city landlocked by San Antonio’s boundaries but has plenty to offer like the San Antonio Aquarium and Bandera Bowling. This apartment also puts you right next to a Northside ISD’s Rita Kay Driggers Elementary School.
