NRL legend Sam Burgess has changed strategy again to secure a million-dollar deal off the field.
Marketed by Steve Ausling and Martin Farah of NGFarah Pty Limited, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 328/1 Cawood Avenue in Little Bay was scheduled for an auction date of April 18, three weeks after its previous scheduled date of March 28.
The buyer’s guide is now listed at $1.1 million. Prior to its April 18 auction date, agent Steve told Nine the property had a price guide of $1.175 million to $1.225 million. Prior to that, it was listed for $1.1 million to $1.2 million.

Domain data reveals the median price for a two-bedroom unit in Little Bay is $1.3 million.

Sam played for the Bradford Bulls in England’s Super League before joining the Rabbitohs in the NRL.
In October 2019, he announced his retirement due to a shoulder injury. He is now an assistant coach of the Rabbitohs.
