NRL legend Sam Burgess has changed strategy again to secure a million-dollar deal off the field.
As per the Domain listing, the South Sydney Rabbitohs player-turned-assistant coach has cancelled the auction for his luxurious Sydney investment pad and slightly reduced the asking price.
Marketed by Steve Ausling and Martin Farah of NGFarah Pty Limited, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 328/1 Cawood Avenue in Little Bay was scheduled for an auction date of April 18, three weeks after its previous scheduled date of March 28.
The buyer’s guide is now listed at $1.1 million. Prior to its April 18 auction date, agent Steve told Nine the property had a price guide of $1.175 million to $1.225 million. Prior to that, it was listed for $1.1 million to $1.2 million.
